PPSCV GALA AND AWARDS DINNER


2025 Gala Dinner



PPSCV is kicking off the New Year with a Gala and Awards Dinner. Please join us in celebration of the many achievements of the past year and the installation of the Board of Directors for this coming year.

Enjoy a catered sit-down dinner, as well as an exhibition of this year’s numerous award winning photos. To add to the fun, we will have music and dancing provided by a locally well-known DJ and there will be photo booths (of course!) to record memories during the evening.

Wear your best semi-formal attire to show everyone you know how to work it on the other side of the camera!

We will be recognizing several members during the night for winning in several Image Competition categories. We also will be thanking many members for their service and significant contributions to PPSCV during the year.

We also invite members to bring their significant others to the event, so they can observe how their partners are respected by their peers and that their efforts are appreciated by the PPSCV membership. Members can bring their significant other for a discounted rate.

And of course, enjoy the camaraderie of all the photographers that make up PPSCV and other special invited guests. We will share some war stories and other experiences and probably a few tall tales (ah! the photo of the big fish that got away!)

Enjoy a sit-down dinner with salad and your choice of either chicken, beef or vegetarian main courses.

Drinks include Horchata and Cucumber lemonade

You can choose from the following selections:

Member and Award Winner Photo Exhibition
Several of the winners of awards in this years Image Competition will exhibit prints of their images.

PPSCV members are invited to bring their best prints to exhibit as well.

Images will be displayed flat on a table. If you want to display your image upright, bring an easel to display it upright.


Photo Booths


PPSCV is also providing photo booths by Creative Impressions to make many permanent memories of the evening.

There will also be a 360 degree photo booth that can capture your movin' and groovin' from every direction around you!

Payment In Full In Advance Only
There is a $45 fee pr person that applies to all PPSCV Members and Affiliate Members. Members can bring their significant others for a discounted fee of $35.

Non-members can also attend for $45. Note that the registration fee can be credited towards a new membership fee, if you join before the end of the month.

Fees are non-refundable as we have to give advance notice to caterers and other vendors.

Also note, this is a no-alcohol event. Alcohol is not provided and should not be brought to the church.

For the health and safety of all of our attendees, if you are not feeling well leading up to, or the day of the event, please do not attend.
